#1 Inspired By: Alessandra Ambrosio

Hello, darlings!

Since I published my MAC Haul recently, I thought I’d review some of the products that I featured. But then, I thought, “Why not create a whole makeup look for it instead so they can see?” So, I looked for inspiration photos and voila!

I thought this would be another cool “series” to do since I do get inspired when I see pictures and stuff. The first look that I chose was a bronzed goddess makeup (…again), and the first thing that popped into mind was: Victoria’s Secret Angel!

Here is Alessandra Ambrosio with her bronzed skin and classic black and silver smokey eye. I couldn’t make myself look like her, but hey, I tried. Haha. I could have gone smokier but I was pretty okay with the result. The eyeshadow wasn’t as intense though, but still. Anyway, here you go! :)

Here is the finished makeup look. Definitely not as bronzed and gorgeous, but oh well!

Products Used:

Lips:

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Rendezvous

NARS Lipgloss in Orgasm

My hair was still wet here, but I decided to give it a bit of a wave with my curling iron. :D

Face:

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation in Sun Beige

YSL Touche Eclat in 3

MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NC30

MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Double Definition (for contour and highlight)

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Gold Deposit (used as blush initially, but then I put it all over since she was so glowy!)

Eyes:

MAC Eyeshadow in Carbon

Urban Decay Primer Potion

Urban Decay Naked1 Palette (Creep Gunmetal and Virgin)

Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes Eyeliner in Black

MaxFactor Clump Defy Mascara

And that’s Alessandra Ambrosio done! :) I hope you guys liked it, and if you have guys have any requests for my “Inspired By” series, I’d really like to check them out! This was really fun to do! :D

Also, about the MSF in Gold Deposit, you can see it’s super gold and glowy, which is nice. It’s also fine to use in the day time; it’s not disco-ball glowy and it gives off a nice reddish tan to the skin. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t stay on my skin for a long time even if I buff it into the skin well enough. Hm, we’ll see how I get on for longer.

With love,

Julia

Avoid using heat styling appliances on wet hair though, super damaging!

Thank youuu! Haha. :D Oh, don’t worry, I would never fry my hair. I air dried it and then used a blow dryer first. So much effort though, and I didn’t even go anywhere! Haha :)
